The quarterly is the same process four times a year, and most of what keeps it consistent is rebuilt by hand each time. StoriBot makes the repeatable part repeatable, and leaves you the part that was always yours.

What the video shows
Barton Gold's June 2026 quarter (ASX: BGD), drafted from the announcements the company lodged during it. It is a demonstration built from public announcements; Barton Gold did not prepare or review it. Watch for four things:
- The quarter's material announcements attached as data, and the rest as context.
- The draft created, then left to run.
- The Word file downloaded and sent round for executive review.
- The team's comments brought back, and the draft revised from them.
Give it the quarter's announcements
Ask StoriBot to fetch them from the ASX platform, upload them, or point it at the Dropbox or OneDrive folder you already keep them in. The material ones go in as data, the rest as context, and each stays a source you can open from the draft. If your finance system is connected, the 5B cash figures come from there; if not, they stay as placeholders for your CFO.
Ask for the draft, then walk away
The first one takes around twenty-five minutes; later quarters are quicker, because the set-up is already done. You come back to a page, not a file: activities written, every figure one click from its announcement, 5B placeholders marked. Where it is wrong or flat, say so in plain words and ask again. It is a first draft, and it is labelled as one.
The quotes, in their own voice
Give StoriBot a voice file for the Chair, the MD and anyone else who writes into the quarterly: a short brief on how each of them writes, built from things they have already signed. Their quotes are drafted from the quarter's events in that voice, so they edit a paragraph that already sounds like them. What they think about the quarter is still theirs to add.
Take it to the executive team, and bring their comments back
When the page reads right, download the Word file in your own template and circulate it as you do now: executive team, board, lawyers, IR firm. Comments come back in the margin. Upload that file and StoriBot works through them on the draft, every figure still traced to its source. An edit made through a comment keeps the trail; one made loose in Word does not. Repeat until it is final, then lodge the version you signed off.
Afterwards, load the lodged version back in. StoriBot learns what you kept and what you cut, and keeps your quarterlies in one Stori, so the March report reads like the December one without anyone re-reading December.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't lodge. Nothing goes to the ASX from StoriBot; the quarterly you lodge is the one you signed off. It doesn't give advice; it sits upstream of your lawyers and your IR firm, not in place of them. And it doesn't invent a number: figures are resolved by code against the source, and the model writes around them.
Where every number comes from
Every figure carries its source: the announcement, the page, the date, and where a number was calculated, the chain that produced it. Click the chip and the source opens. The trail survives every edit, and the downloaded version is locked, so the file you lodged can be reproduced exactly, months later, with the sources still attached. Who asked for what, and when, is in the audit log.
