1. The Service

StoriBot is a data analytics and pipeline creation platform that allows users to upload data, create workflows, and generate outputs using software and AI-powered functionality.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using StoriBot, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by users you invite or authorise.

Instance owners control access and permissions for their instances and are responsible for managing users within them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal or unlawful activity
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data, files, pipelines, and content you upload or create using the Service.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We may use aggregated and anonymised usage data for analytics and product improvement.

6. AI Functionality Disclaimer

The Service includes AI-generated outputs. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific purposes.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the appropriateness of any outputs before relying on them.

The Service is not intended for medical, legal, financial, or other regulated decision-making.

7. Plans, Billing & Payments

StoriBot offers a free tier and paid subscription or usage-based plans. Some users may receive free access during beta periods in exchange for feedback.

Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe. Prices, features, and limits may change at any time.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of:

• AUD $100, or
• Fees paid by you in the previous 12 months

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Western Australia, Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
