How it works

Two ways to work with StoriBot.

Founders and in-house teams drive it themselves in the app; listed companies and IR firms hand it to us. Either way it’s your house voice, and every number traces to source.

Self-serve
Early access

You drive it.

For founders and in-house teams — most early-stage tech companies start here. Create your investor pages, newsletters and updates yourself in the app, drafted in your voice, published in minutes.

Pairs with the early-stage technology pack
  1. 01Set up your instance — your brand, your house voice.
  2. 02Bring your content — a deck, a doc, or your data.
  3. 03Draft and edit — StoriBot composes the page or email; you refine it.
  4. 04Publish and share — a web page at a link, or send-ready inline HTML. Edit and refresh anytime; the link stays current.
Managed

We drive it.

For listed companies and IR firms running multiple clients — where disclosure depth matters, most ASX-listed miners start here. We operate your instance and draft for you; you review, approve and publish.

Pairs with the ASX Listed Mining pack
  1. 01We onboard your instance.
  2. 02We configure your industry pack.
  3. 03We draft on demand and on cycle.
  4. 04You review, approve, publish.
Self-serve · The app

The app, in early access.

The app does today what the managed service does — you’re just the one driving. Set up your brand and house voice once, drop in a deck, a doc or your data, and edit the draft until it’s yours. Your industry pack applies automatically, and publishing is a link — edit and refresh anytime, the link stays current.

It’s in early access: we’re still polishing the drafting and editing side, and we’d value a fresh set of eyes. Worth a go?

What you can feed it

Three ways to get your data in.

Upload any business file

PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, slides, Markdown — drop in the files you already have and StoriBot reads them.

Connect live data via API

Add an API key to your instance and StoriBot can query your live data — so a page reflects the latest numbers, not a stale export.

Grounded web research

StoriBot can search and fetch from the web while it drafts — with sources attached, so external facts trace back just like your own.

Whatever the source, every number traces back to it.

Managed · The service

Onboarded once, used every cycle.

The rest of this page is the managed path — how we run your instance when you hand it to us.

  1. 01

    We onboard your instance.

24 hours from data to first draft. Bring your brand, recent decks, financials and prior updates — we provision the instance against your data and produce your first artifact inside one business day. House voice and brand tune in across the first 1–3 weeks, without holding up your output.

  2. 02

    We configure your industry pack.

Your house voice and brand, plus the industry pack that matches your company — ASX Listed Mining (Listing Rules, JORC 2012, competent-person attribution, materiality thresholds) or early-stage technology (metric definitions, projection labelling, substantiated claims). The pack constrains every output before drafting starts.

  3. 03

We draft on demand and on cycle.

You brief us — "this month's investor update", "the results-day deck as a web page", or "4C for the March quarter" — we compose the web page and email, lineage attached, ready for your review.

  4. 04

    You review, approve, publish.

The version you approve is the version that ships — as a web page, an inline-HTML email, or a lodged disclosure. Reproducible, with the lineage immutable.

Managed onboarding

First draft in 24 hours. Voice locked in three weeks.

  1. DAY 1

First live draft. Drafted from your data.

  2. WEEK 1

    Tone calibration through repeat drafts.

  3. WEEK 2

    Pack tuning as work arrives.

  4. WEEK 3

    House voice locked. Onboarding complete.

Faster for capital-raise events.
